Account Deletion

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your Batcho account and associated personal data, email us at privacy@batcho.co with the subject line Account Deletion Request — Batcho.

In-app deletion

Most roles can delete their account directly from the app via Profile → Account → Delete Account. If you do not see this option for your role, use the email request above.

What to include in your email

• Your full name
• Your registered email address or phone number
• The name of the academy, studio, or coaching business you are associated with (if known)
• Your role — trainer, student, parent, guardian, player, or client

What gets deleted

• Your Firebase authentication account
• Your user profile record (name, email, phone, role)
• Device push-notification token records linked to your profile
• Unused onboarding tenant records where no active students or payments exist

What may be retained

• Payment records and accounting data required by law or financial reconciliation obligations
• Security and fraud investigation records
• Records needed for active disputes, legal enforcement, or compliance
• Tenant-managed business records that other members of an academy depend on

Processing time

We acknowledge deletion requests within 7 business days and complete verified deletions within 30 days, subject to identity verification, outstanding payment obligations, and applicable legal retention requirements — as required by India's DPDP Act 2023.
